This webinar aims to equip association executives with practical strategies to identify, establish, and maintain a compelling member value proposition through an entrepreneurial approach. Participants will learn how to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset that drives innovation, analyze organizational culture to support value creation, implement effective frameworks for scouting future trends, and develop robust methodologies for evaluating products and services using both ROI and ROE metrics. By the end of this session, attendees will be able to develop cross-functional assessment teams, implement comprehensive planning cycles, establish meaningful KPIs, and adopt a leadership storytelling approach that effectively communicates value evolution to members and stakeholders.
