Summary

The two largest issues facing leaders today are 1) navigating rapid technological advancements, and 2) managing and retaining top talent. Technology changes faster than most of us can keep up with; so, let’s stop trying to master today’s tech and instead master a mindset and management style that works regardless of the next big thing! Difficult conversations with employees are usually feared, delayed, or worst of all never happen. This leads to toxic work environments, high employee turnover and stress. Applied Improv gives you the opportunity to play through these issues tackling everything from adoption resistance, challenging conversations, and more in a low stakes environment for both new and seasoned leaders.

Jessica will walk you through how to apply the rules of Improv comedy to guide your leadership style through these challenges. Both organizationally and personally, she will review tools and exercises to help create a lasting approach to working with strategy shifts, technology changes, and most importantly your team. Learn how to adapt, shift, and respond positively in the moment instead of reacting, hesitating, or worst of all avoiding. Improv to ImprovE your leadership style and ultimately your bottom line.
