This session will discuss how to develop a digital strategy that supports strategic initiatives, addresses operational issues caused by ineffective software/systems, and gets the support of the board of directors for digital infrastructure investments. The approach to Digital Strategy will be illustrated using a case study from the Society for Vascular Ultrasound (SVU). This session discusses how SVU developed a comprehensive digital strategy - including a digital infrastructure investment plan- that supported its strategic, technology, and operational goals.
