Self-care needs our intentionality and leadership. This workshop will highlight the stages of burnout, elements of stress that exist within your climate and culture, and how associations executives, leaders, volunteers, and Boards can manage the signs and impact on the development and implementation of programs, events, and product cycles, and services. Insight on self-care needs and the leadership strategies needed to maximize success during these tumultuous times are considered.
